Jego działalność naukowa obejmuje przemysł 4.0, systemy monitoringu stanu pracy maszyny, energetykę, aerodynamikę, sprężarki promieniowe. Pracował lub odbywał staże na University of Strathclyde, University of Leeds, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, General Electric. Pełnił funkcje pełnomocnika Rektora ds. Przedsiębiorczości Akademickiej, Członka Zarządu Stowarzyszenia Top 500 Innovators i Spółki Celowej Politechniki Łódzkiej. Jest członkiem American Society of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Physics, The Institution of Engineering and Technology, Strathclyde Alumni Society. Mentor w programach TopMinds oraz Startups by Łódź.

His research activities include Industry 4.0, machine condition monitoring, power engineering, aerodynamics, radial compressors. He has worked or interned at the University of Strathclyde, University of Leeds, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, General Electric. He has served as a Rector’s proxy for Academic Entrepreneurship, Board Member of the Top 500 Innovators Association Poland and of TTO of the Łódź University of Technology. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineering, Institute of Physics, The Institution of Engineering and Technology, Strathclyde Alumni Society. Mentor in the TopMinds and Startups by Lodz programmes.
