Specjalizuję się w transformacji firm B2B, które chcą rozwijać sprzedaż w modelu B2B2C – bezpośrednio do konsumenta – oraz we wspieraniu agencji i marek w tworzeniu struktur in-house i zmianie strategii operacyjnych. Jako założyciel Future.Company pomagam organizacjom projektować skalowalne modele działania, wspierać wzrost przychodów i wdrażać rozwiązania zorientowane na digital commerce. Równolegle, poprzez Smart Engine, dostarczamy wyspecjalizowaną produkcję treści dla sektora retail i e-commerce – wspierając realizację strategii sprzedażowych klientów.

Jestem również mentorem liderek i liderów biznesu – najczęściej członków zarządów, w tym CEO, CMO oraz założycieli firm – wspierając ich w skalowaniu organizacji, zmianie modeli działania i przygotowaniach do procesów M&A. Moja praca została doceniona tytułem „Człowieka Roku” przez IAB Polska oraz wyróżnieniem „Edukator Branżowy” przyznanym przez Media Marketing Polska.

Olgierd Cygan – Business transformation advisor, digital strategist and industry educator

For over 25 years, I have been helping companies redefine their business models in response to technological and market shifts. My career has taken me from founding one of Poland’s first digital agencies (Digital One), through integration with the advertising holding Euro RSCG (now Havas), to building a new-generation creative consulting firm – Deloitte Digital Central Europe. Today, I lead Future.Company, focusing on strategic advisory at the intersection of consulting, marketing, and e-commerce.

I specialize in business transformation for B2B organizations seeking to expand into B2B2C models – selling directly to consumers – as well as supporting agencies and brands in building effective in-house structures and redesigning operational strategies. At Future.Company, I help clients design scalable, revenue-focused digital commerce models. In parallel, Smart Engine – our production company – delivers high-volume, specialized content for retail and e-commerce to support clients’ sales strategies.

I also mentor business leaders – most often C-level executives (CEOs, CMOs) and founders – guiding them through growth, business model transformation, and M&A readiness. My work has been recognized with the “Man of the Year” award by IAB Poland and the “Industry Educator” title by Media Marketing Polska.
