
Cédric Bourgoin
Cedric brings over more than 20 years of unique experience in management and operations across a number of disciplines and industries including electronic toll systems and operations, performance-based contracts/PPPs, mobility services and telecommunications.
After a career in the telecommunications industry, Cedric joined Egis in 2009 to work on electronic toll collection and road user charging projects such as the French truck tolling scheme or the Canadian Port Mann Bridge free-flow tolling operations. Having run for 6 years the Golden Ears Bridge first free-flow project in British Columbia, he then moved back to Europe to lead the mobility service branch of Egis, Easytrip, providing tolling solutions and added value services to the road transport industry. Cedric is now back at the Egis headquarter in France to coordinate Egis activities in providing solutions and operations, supporting cities and territories in solving their mobility challenges.
